Full description
VETRA Private Label is the solution designed for customers who want a reverse osmosis system personalized not only with their logo, but also in the overall aesthetic impact of the product.

The system can be customized with laser marking or engraving on all sides of the cabinet, with maximum freedom in the choice of logos, lettering, graphic symbols, or identifying elements, including large-size applications, according to the image the customer wishes to convey.

For an even more distinctive customization, a version with a front panel is also available, designed with dedicated front graphics, logos, lettering, or layouts developed on request. This solution provides a more elegant, modern, and premium effect.
The front panel can also be designed to cover the pressure gauge and LEDs on the front, helping to create a cleaner, more orderly visual line that is more consistent with the customer’s brand design.

Customization can also include a dedicated QR code, coordinated with the product graphics, turning the system into a direct access point to the Customer’s brand and services.
With a simple scan, the end user can quickly access contact and support information, manuals and technical documentation, information on maintenance, filters and replacement parts, the company website or a dedicated product page, as well as other digital content.
For dealers, installers, and distributors, this means strengthening their brand presence, simplifying after-sales service, and maintaining a direct channel of communication with the end customer over time, directly through the product.

Customization can therefore be developed on multiple levels:

• Direct laser customization on the cabinet
• Graphics and logo on the front panel
Dedicated QR code integrated into the customization, linking to a website, product page, manuals and documentation, support, maintenance, and other digital content
• Aesthetic covering of front technical elements, such as the pressure gauge and LEDs
• Definition of a more discreet, technical, or more premium visual presence, depending on the desired market positioning
Inline filters can also be customized with stickers bearing the Customer’s brand, even for small production runs, indicatively starting from 25 pieces, depending on the requested configuration.

It is a reverse osmosis system for residential and professional use, capable of delivering up to 2 liters/min. of reverse osmosis water.
Available in numerous configurations to adapt to every requirement, in its 2-way version it instantly supplies still water at room temperature and sparkling water, satisfying different user preferences.

What is reverse osmosis?
Osmosis is a natural phenomenon in which a solution with a low mineral salt concentration passes through a semipermeable membrane in order to dilute another solution with a higher salt concentration. By applying reverse pressure, this process is inverted and REVERSE OSMOSIS is obtained: by forcing a solution with a high concentration of mineral salts against a special membrane, PURE WATER is produced.
Due to its structure and properties, the membrane almost completely retains dissolved salts, heavy metals, pollutants, bacteria, and viruses, while allowing water to pass through in all its genuine purity.
The water thus obtained helps the body purify itself by eliminating toxins; its high drainage capacity makes it diuretic and capable of dissolving fats and lipids, helping maintain a healthy body and fresh, radiant skin. REVERSE OSMOSIS is therefore the safest and most widely used water purification system in the world; beyond the fundamental reliability of the process, its advantages include ease of installation, very low operating cost, and the total absence of chemicals.
The osmotic process is able to eliminate from water all impurities and pollutants harmful to health. The pure water obtained represents the ideal solution for domestic and food use, since its exclusive filtration system forms a safety barrier against the various contaminants found in groundwater.
The reverse osmosis purification system is made with components of the highest quality level.
It is a product normally designed for professional use; in this case, it has been studied and configured for domestic use.
Product certified according to Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 25 dated 07.02.12 and D.M. 174 dated 06.04.04.

TO BE PURCHASED WITH EACH 2-WAY SYSTEM:
Sparkling Water CO2 Kit
To dispense sparkling water, the system must be combined with a CO2 kit complete with cylinder and pressure regulator.
All kits are compatible with the system; the main difference is the type of CO2 cylinder, refillable or disposable, and the related operating capacity.
The CO2 kit can be purchased as a ready-to-use package by choosing from the following options:
19019007 Sparkling water kit with 1 kg refillable aluminum CO2 cylinder, ACME connection + 0.5–5 bar pressure regulator
19019008 Sparkling water kit with 2 kg refillable steel CO2 cylinder, W21.8 connection + 0–7 bar pressure regulator
19019009 Sparkling water kit with 2 kg refillable aluminum CO2 cylinder + 0–7 bar pressure regulator
19019010 Sparkling water kit with 4 kg refillable steel CO2 cylinder with residual pressure valve + 0–7 bar pressure regulator
19019011 Sparkling water kit with 600 g disposable CO2 cylinder + 0–4 bar pressure regulator
19019012 Sparkling water kit with 300 g disposable CO2 cylinder + 0–4 bar pressure regulator
The choice of kit mainly depends on the expected sparkling water consumption. Larger-capacity cylinders are recommended for more frequent or professional use, while the 300 g and 600 g disposable options are practical for compact installations, occasional use, or situations where cylinder refilling management is not preferred.

Reverse osmosis is not a device that makes non-potable water potable and only works if installed on water compliant with the law, such as municipal drinking water or well water previously made potable through adequate and effective systems, specifically studied and customized for that type of water. Do not use the system where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection upstream and downstream of the system.
All systems must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The contaminants removed or reduced by this system are not necessarily present in your water.
If the incoming potable water is of very poor quality, it is possible to completely close the salt regulator (TDS) and install a remineralizing / pH stabilizing filter as the final stage.
07004006 1x inline remineralizing and pH stabilizing filter (GAC) coconut shell 1/4" FPT 2"x10" (25)

Replace filters when capacity has been reached, or when the flow becomes too slow, every 6 months but at least annually.
Replace membranes when the total dissolved solids (TDS) no longer decrease, or when the flow becomes too slow, but at least every 24 months.
